大颗粒陶瓷聚合物三维自组装表面轮廓特征的控制与减阻性能

摘    要:运用大尺寸自组装技术,以聚氨酯/环氧互穿网络(IPN)树脂液为组装液、大颗粒陶瓷聚合物为填充物及特种助剂制备一种与荷叶表面具有相似微结构的自组装涂层。通过改变聚合物颗粒的粒径和含量控制自组装涂层表面轮廓结构达到理想状态,在自制压差减阻试验平台上检验不同涂层表面的减阻效果,优化颗粒粒径和含量的选择以及最佳的轮廓表面。为大尺寸自组装技术在大面积减阻涂层中的应用提供可行性路线。
