变压器储油柜端盖复合模设计

摘    要:通过对变压器储油柜端盖的结构分析,设计出了集落料、拉深和冲孔于一体的复合模,保证了冲压件质量,提高了生产效率.设计中,借助Pro/E和冲模设计手册(软件版)VR1.0等软件工具,快速完成了对工件毛坯尺寸的计算和模具部分零件的强度校核,提高了设计速度,缩短了模具设计周期.
