摘    要:采用循环伏安法将巯基乙胺共价修饰至玻碳电极表面,巯基再键合纳米金,用循环伏安法表征了该纳米金修饰电极.纳米金吸附辣根过氧化物酶,将其固载于电极表面,酶与电极之间直接传递电子且能催化还原H2O2,可用于H2O2的测定.

Abstract:Cysteamine (Cys) was covalently grafted on a glass carbon electrode (GCE) by cyclic voltammertry. Nanometer-sized gold particles bonded with -SH group of cysteamine molecule. The modified electrodes were characterized by cyclic voltammetry using \3-\4- redox couple. Direct electron transfer between the immobilized horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and the Au/Cys/GCE was achieved. HRP gave an excellent response to the electrocatalytic reduction of H2O2, which can be used to determine H2O2.
