复元活血汤加减治疗急性脑梗死32例疗效观察

目的观察复元活血汤加减治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及血液流变学、血脂变化。方法将64例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例应用复元活血汤加减治疗,对照组32例应用尼莫地平片治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程,观察2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后血液流变学、血脂变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率93.7%,对照组总有效率81.25%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组;2组治疗后血液流变学指标全血黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞比积,以及血脂指标总胆固醇、甘油三酯均降低,与治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论复元活血汤加减治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,且能降低血液流变学及血脂指标。

Clinical observation of cerebral infarction treated by Fuyuanhuoxue decoction

Objective To observe the effect of cerebral infarction treated by Fuyuanhuoxue decoction.Methods 64 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group(n=32)were treated by Fuyuanhuoxue decoction.Patients in control group(n=32) were treated by Nimodipine.The therapeutic course was two weeks in both groups.The clinical effect and changes of hemorheology and blood fat before and after treatment were detected.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(93.7%) was higher than that in the control group(81.25%,P<0.01).The indexes of hemorheology include viscosity,specific viscosity and packed cell volume and blood fat include cholesterol and triglyceride were obviously decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Fuyuanhuoxue decoction has certain effect on cerebral infarction.It can decrease indexes of hemorheology and blood fat.
