江苏省中医（综合）医院传染病报告与管理质量分析

目的评价江苏省县级及以上中医（综合）医院传染病报告与管理工作质量，为进一步规范传染病报告管理工作提供依据。方法采用分层抽样方法，抽取若干县级及以上中医（综合）医院，比较分析传染病报告与管理方面的差异。结果本次共调查了30家中医（综合）医院，其中省级1家，地市级12家，县区级17家。影像部门登记设置规范率、纸质传染病报告卡填写完整率和准确率在不同区域间差异均有统计学意义（均有P〈0．05），不同级别中医院传染病报告信息一致率差异有统计学意义（P=0．003）；中医（综合）医院传染病报告率低于西医（综合）医院（P=0．031），而纸质传染病报告卡填写准确率高于西医（综合）医院（P=0．017）。结论江苏省中医（综合）医院传染病报告与管理工作总体质量较西医（综合）医院差别不大，但传染病报告率和地市级中医（综合）医院传染病报告信息一致率尚有待提高。

The quality analysis of reporting and managing infectious disease in Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine (general) hospitals

Objective To evaluate the quality of reporting and managing infectious disease in Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine （general） hospitals at and above the county level, provide guidance for further regulating the manage- ment of reporting infectious disease. Methods Stratified sampling method was used to compare the difference about repor- ting and managing infectious disease, traditional Chinese medicine （general） hospitals at and above the county level con- ducted a sample survey. Results This survey involved 30 traditional Chinese medicine （general） hospitals, including 1 provincial hospital, 12 municipal hospitals, 17 county and district-level hospitals. Regional differences existed in the regular rate of item settings in radiology departments＇ register book （P = 0. 023 ） and the integrity（ P 〈 0. 001 ） and accuracy （P = 0. 005） of reporting cards, the difference among various level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals existed in coincidence rate of the reporting information （P = 0. 003 ）. The reporting rate of traditional Chinese medicine （general） hospitals was lower than western medicine （general） hospitals （ P = 0. 031 ）, but Chinese medicine （general） hospitals had a better work on the accuracy of paper reporting cards （ P = 0. 017）. Conclusions There was little distinction between Chinese and western medicine （general） hospitals on the quality of reporting and managing infectious disease, but the reporting rate and the coincidence rate of reporting information in municipal traditional Chinese medicine hospitals should be improved.
