| Abstract: | According to investigation on the traffic situation in Downtown Ningde,the author reveals the reason for the heavy traffics.Further more some advise has been put forward,including emphasizing importance of city plan,bus priority,strengthing traffic management,building more parking lots,using traffic management technology and promoting low carbon travel. |
