| 摘 要： | 系统地分析了皮革工业的发展前景，研究了四川省皮革工业发展现状，详细地描述了四川省具有的资源优势、人才优势和科技优势等条件，提出了发展四川皮革产业的基本构想。最后，还提出了有关发展四川皮革产业的具体对策措施。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the developmental prospects of leather industry were analysed systemically and the current developing conditions of leather industry in Sichuan were studied.Many superiorities in Sichuan province,such as resource superiority,talent superiority and technological superiority,were described in detail,and the basic conception of developing leather industry of Sichuan was put forward.In the end,some proposals and measures for developing leather industry of Sichuan were offered. |
