摘    要:采用最小二乘法编制了风机性能曲线,实现了风机性能曲线拟合的可视化。并通过主通风机的特征曲线监测风机的状态。为避免风机喘振提供依据。同时,根据工况点的位置判断风机的工作状态。此方法已运用实际工程,并取得良好的监测效果。

Abstract:By using method of least squares to edit performance curves of fan,the visualization of fan performance curve fitting has been realized.The thesis judges work status of fan according to location of fan condition point in characteristics curve.This affords evidence for avoiding surging.Meanwhile,with position of condition points,engine operation could be detected.This method has been used in an actual project and brings good effects.
