基于虚拟仪器的钢绳芯带式输送机纵向撕裂检测研究

摘    要:分析了钢绳芯带式输送机纵向撕裂产生的原因,针对撕裂信号的特征,提出了一种防纵向撕裂的检测与报警系统。该系统采用压电传感器拾取输送带所受到的压力,通过信号的放大、模数转换、虚拟仪器的数据采集与数据处理来完成对钢绳芯带式输送机纵向撕裂的监控,实时产生报警信号。

Abstract:Causes of longitudinal tearing steel wire core belt conveyor is caused,according to characteristics of signal for tearing,a longitudinal tear of anti-detection and alarm system are presented.The system uses piezoelectric sensors pick up pressure conveyor belt,through signal amplification,analog to digital conversion,virtual instrument data acquisition and data processing to complete monitoring of longitudinal tear of steel wire core belt conveyor,real-time an alarm signal.
