基于PMSM五阶CKF无传感器控制的EPS仿真研究

摘    要:针对PMSM转子位置和转速估计精度不足的问题,提出了一种基于五阶CKF算法的PMSM无传感器控制方法,并将其应用于EPS系统的助力控制中。首先,建立了基于PMSM的EPS系统离散数学模型;其次,介绍了基于五阶球面-容积方法,推导了五阶CKF算法,并基于五阶CKF算法实现了对PMSM转子位置和转速的精确估计;最后,将基于五阶CKF算法的PMSM无传感器控制应用于EPS系统之中,构建了基于五阶CKF算法的PMSM无传感器控制的EPS助力控制系统。通过Carsim/Simulink联合仿真,对提出的控制算法进行了验证,结果表明该算法能够改善EPS系统的助力控制效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the estimation accuracy of PMSM rotor position and speed is insufficient, a PMSM sensorless control method based on the fifth-order CKF algorithm is proposed and applied to the EPS assist control system. Firstly, the discrete mathematical model of EPS system based on PMSM is established; secondly, the fifth-order CKF algorithm is derived based on the fifth-order spherical-radial cubature rule, and the precise estimation of PMSM rotor position and speed is realized based on the fifth-order CKF algorithm; finally, the PMSM sensorless control based on the fifth-order CKF algorithm is applied to EPS system, and the PMSM sensorless control based on the fifth-order CKF algorithm is constructed. The proposed algorithm is verified by CarSim/Simulink joint simulation. The results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the assist control effect of EPS system.
