摘    要:目的使用液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱筛选代谢对羟基乙酮的芽胞杆菌。方法以20种不同芽胞杆菌为研究材料,采用液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry,LC-QTOF-MS)技术,通过分子特征提取和谱库检索,获得总体代谢物信息。结果筛选出1株能够代谢对羟基苯乙酮的芽胞杆菌,为福氏芽胞杆菌FJAT-10032,测试结果中,该化合物精确分子量为136.0522,与Metlin谱库检索得分为90.97,占菌株FJAT-10032总代谢物相对含量为1.39%。结论福氏芽胞杆菌能够产生对羟基乙酮,本研究为该菌的开发和利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: 4''-Hydroxyacetophenone is one kind of medicine has cholagogue function. Extracellular metabolites of 20 Bacillus strains were analyzed by liquid chromatography-hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The information of total metabolites was obtained by molecular feature extraction and spectral library search. 4''-Hydroxyacetophenone was found in Bacillus fordii FJAT-10032 metabolites searched inMetlin database.The results showed that only the Bacillus fordii FJAT-10032 had been detected to produce 4''-Hydroxyacetophenone with match score of 90.97.The exact mass of the compound is 136.0522, and the formula of the compound was deduced as C8H8O2. Furthermore, its relative content was detected to reach up to 1.39%. This study provided theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Bacillus fordii FJAT-10032.
