| 摘 要： | 阐述了健康和"健康第一"思想的涵义,指出我国高校体育与健康教育存在的主要问题,阐述了高校体育教育应从转变思想观念、提高教师队伍的整体素质、改革教材体系、紧密结合体育与健康教育和改革考核制度等方面贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想.
