摘    要:智能化是高速铁路牵引供电系统未来发展趋势,信息高度共享、智能化程度更高的AT牵引供电系统才能保证高速铁路安全、可靠、舒适的运营。智能牵引供电系统在信号采集和传输方式上的变革,使得变电所内控制、保护以及电流、电压信号均以数字信号方式在网络中传递,传统的测试手段都不再适用。以智能牵引变电所模型为基础,致力于解决智能牵引供电系统现场试验评估困难的问题。通过分析现有智能牵引供电系统检测标准和方法,结合智能牵引变电所评估基本原理和传统测试经验,提出供电系统运行参数测试和短路试验的方法,对符合IEC61850协议的多种类型网络报文进行试验数据解析和重构,从而形成一套有效的智能牵引供电系统现场试验评估方法,对智能牵引供电系统验收试验具有参考意义。

Research on Test Evaluation Technology for Intelligent Traction Power Supply System

Abstract:Intelligent high speed railway traction power supply system is the future development trend and only highly shared information and higher level of intelligent AT traction power supply system can ensure the safe,reliable and comfort high speed railway operation. The changes of the intelligent traction change in signal acquisition and transmission method of the power system have made the substation control and protection as well as the current and voltage signal to digital signal in the network transmission,and the traditional testing methods no longer applicable. Based on the intelligent substation model,problems in field test evaluation of the intelligent traction power supply system are to be solved. By analyzing detection standards and methods of the existing intelligent traction power supply system,combined with the basic principles and traditional test experience of intelligent traction power substations,a method for testing power supply system operating parameters and short-circuit tests is proposed,and various types of network messages conforming to IEC 61850 are recommended. Test data are analyzed and reconstructed to form an effective field test evaluation method for intelligent traction power supply system of reference significance for the acceptance test of intelligent traction power supply system.
