早期食管癌内镜下特点分析

目的总结胃镜检查发现早期食管癌镜下表现的特点。方法采用电子胃镜、内镜下染色、内镜窄带成像技术,超声内镜发现早期食管癌患者的镜下图像特征。15例患者均进行内镜黏膜切除术、内镜黏膜剥离术或外科手术,并经病理学证实。结果发现、证实15例早期食管癌,男性8例,女性7例。年龄最大者80岁,最小者45岁,平均年龄60.02岁。结论提高国内内镜下食管癌早期辨认能力,是目前食管癌早诊早治的重要手段。

Analyzing characteristics of the early esophageal cancer through endoscope

Objective To analyze and summarize the characteristics of early esophageal cancer through endoscope.Methods The characteristics of the early esophageal cancer had been observed through kinds of endoscopes,such as dying or narrow band imaging under endoscope, endoscopic ultrasonography,15 cases had treated by endoscopic mucosal resection,endoscopic submucosal dissection or surgery and testified in pathology.Results 15 early esophageal cancer cases had been discovered,with 8 males and 7 females.The oldest was 80 years old and the youngest was 45.The average age was 60.02.Conclusion Improving the identification capacity under endoscope is the most important treatment to early esophageal cancer.
