大学生性心理健康现状及其影响因素——以海南热带海洋学院为例

目的:探讨大学生性心理健康水平及其影响因素,为高校开展性心理健康教育工作提供参考。方法:采用"青春期性心理健康问卷"对336名大学生进行调查。结果:1、大学生性心理健康总问卷、性认识、性价值观和性适应分问卷平均得分分别为(3.48±0.40)、(3.38±0.49)、(3.63±0.65)、(3.55±0.48)分。大学生性认识低于性价值观(t=-8.065,P0.001),性认识也低于性适应(t=-10.6,P0.001)。2、女生的性态度、性价值观、性控制力得分均比男生高(P0.05)。3、大一学生的性知识和性认识比其它年级低(P0.01),而大一学生的性态度和性控制力较其它年级高(P0.05)。4、文科生的性心理健康水平高于理工科学生(P0.05),理工科学生高于艺体生(P0.05),文科生高于艺体生(P0.001)。5、性别、专业和年级对性心理健康具有一定的预测作用(P0.05)。结论:大学生的性心理健康水平总体中等偏上,专业、年级和性别等是大学生性心理健康的影响因素。高校应针对不同的专业、年级和性别加以宣传和组织性健康教育活动。

Current situation of college students' sexual mental health and its influencing factors: a case study of Hainan Tropical Ocean College

Objectives:To explore the level of college students'sexual mental health and its influencing factors,in order to provide reference for the sexual mental health education in college.Methods:336 college students were investigated by using the questionnaire of sexual mental health in adolescence.Results:1.The average score of college students' sexual mental health questionnaire,sexual awareness,sexual values and sexual adaptation were (3.48 ± 0.40),(3.38 ± 0.49),(3.63 ± 0.65) and (3.55 ± 0.48) respectively.The score of college students' sexual awareness was lower than that of sexual values (t =-8.065,P ＜ 0.001),and the score of sexual awareness was also lower than that of sexual adaptation (t =-10.6,P ＜ 0.001).2.The score of female sexual attitudes,sexual values and sexual control scores were higher than those of males' (P ＜ 0.05).3.Freshman’s sexual knowledge and awareness were lower than others (P ＜ 0.01),however,their sexual attitudes and sexual control were higher than others (P ＜ 0.05).4.The level of sexual mental health of liberal arts students was significantly higher than that of science and engineering students (P ＜ 0.05),whose was higher than art students' (P ＜ 0.05).5.Gender,grade and major had certain prediction effects on sexual mental health (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The level of college students'sexual mental health is generally above the average,with major,grade and gender being the influencing factors.Therefore,targeted sexual health education should be conducted for students of different majors,grades and gender.
