| 摘 要： | 介绍了变电站设备缺陷管理方面存在的问题,论述了基于WEB的变电站设备缺陷管理系统的系统构架、功能模块的设计及系统的应用情况,系统的应用实现了缺陷发现、处理、统计分析全过程网络化管理,提高了缺陷处理的及时性、完整性,加强了缺陷管理处理情况监督,提高了企业查询、统计和考核管理水平。
