摘    要:目的对连翘鲜品蒸煮工艺进行系统研究,从而更好地指导连翘药材的生产实践。方法采用L9(34)正交实验法对连翘采摘后蒸煮工艺进行研究,制定陕西道地药材连翘鲜品蒸煮工艺,以保证连翘药材质量,满足不断扩大的用途需要。结果建立了陕西道地药材连翘鲜品蒸煮工艺,采用L9(34)正交实验法优选出蒸制鲜连翘的最佳工艺:即蒸气温度为105℃,蒸气压力0.08 MPa,蒸制10 min;优选出煮制连翘的最佳工艺:即煎煮时间8 min,煎煮温度为100℃,加水量为鲜连翘的5倍量。结论中药连翘药材应用广泛,开发前景光明。采用蒸煮法炮制鲜连翘的工艺,可指导连翘药材的规范化生产。
