| 摘 要： | 在项目管理中,项目客户关系管理是实现项目成功实施的重要环节。本文以交通项目为背景,把面向对象建模技术应用在其项目客户关系管理系统的建模设计过程中,使用可视化的统一建模语言UML对该系统进行了详细的分析和设计。
