| 摘 要： | 橡胶止水带是一种定型防水密封材料,在建筑物变形缝和施工缝的防水密封处理中广泛应用。以天津塘沽文化艺术中心工程为例,对橡胶止水带的施工工艺从底板止水带和地下室外墙止水带的安装、底板后浇带的设置、纵横交接处处理、橡胶止水带的拼接等方面进行了详细论述。通过安装外贴式橡胶止水带,工程竣工后,没有发现任何的渗漏水现象。橡胶止水带具有良好的工作性能,应用该材料及其相应的施工工艺,有效解决了该建筑物渗漏问题。

| Abstract: | The rubber sealing strip is a shaped sealing material which is widely used in sealing treatment for buildings.Taking the project of Tianjin Tanggu Culture and Art Center for example,the construction technologies of the rubber sealing strip are discussed here in detail,including its installation,mounting,splicing and so on.The engineering practices show that the rubber sealing strip has good working performances,and the leakage problems of buildings could be effectively controlled by using this material and relevant construction technologies. |
