强化燃烧技术在常压炉上的应用

摘    要:在常压炉的扩能改造中,不采取扩大传热面积、增加新炉的常规方法,通过强化燃烧技术来实现辐射炉管年均热强度的提高,使原炉热负荷提高37%以上,同时强化燃烧技术能保证燃料在燃烧室内高效完全燃烧,使原炉热效率也有所提高,并降低了烟气中CO、NO_x等有害物质的含量和燃烧噪音,减轻了环境污染,收到了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:In the energy - expanding reformation of atmospheric furnace, the conventional method of enlargement on heat transfer area, and additional new furnace did not been adopted. By means of forced combustion technology, the mean heat strength of radiant tube was raised. The heat load of original furnace was increased above 37%. The high efficiency complete combustion of fuel in combustion chamber was secured by forced combustion technology simultaneously. The heat efficiency of original furnace was raised somewhat. The harmful material contents of CO, NO,etc. existed in flue gas and the combustion noise were reduced. The environment pollution eased. The good economic benefit and social effect were obtained.
