新冠肺炎疫情期间大学生网络健康信息搜寻行为影响因素

目的：以UTAUT2和PRISM 模型为基础构建研究模型，探讨新冠肺炎疫情期间大学生网络健康信息搜寻行为的影响因素。方法：通过发放网络问卷，调查各高校大学生疫情期间的网络健康信息搜寻行为影响因素，运用结构方程模型进行模型验证，分析各因素对大学生网络健康信息搜寻行为的影响。结果：结构方程模型结果显示，社会影响、习惯、健康信息素养正向影响行为意图，风险感知正向影响健康焦虑，行为意图、健康信息素养、健康焦虑正向影响疫情期间的大学生网络健康信息搜寻行为。结论：大学生在疫情期间普遍对自身健康比较关注，在突发公共卫生事件下政府应该加强辟谣力度，重视社会影响，政府和高校应加强大学生健康信息素养教育和关注大学生心理健康，缓解大学生的健康焦虑情绪。

Factors influencing internet health information seeking behaviors of undergraduates during COVID-19 infection pneumonia epidemic

Objective To study the factors influencing internet health information seeking behaviors (IHISB) of undergraduates during the COVID-19 infection pneumonia epidemic by establishing their research model based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2) model and planned risk information seeking model (PRISM). Methods The factors influencing internet health information seeking behaviors of undergraduates during the COVID-19 infection pneumonia epidemic were investigated with questionnaires. The established research model of factors influencing internet health information seeking behaviors of undergraduates during the COVID-19 infection pneumonia epidemic was verified according to the structural equation model. The effects of different factors on internet health information seeking behaviors of undergraduates during the COVID-19 infection pneumonia epidemic were analyzed. Results The structural equation model showed that social influence, habits and health information literacy positively affected the behavioral intention, perceived risk positively affected the health anxiety, and behavioral intention, health information literacy and health anxiety positively affected the health information seeking behaviors of undergraduates during the COVID-19 infection pneumonia epidemic. Conclusion The undergraduates showed a common tendency to concern themselves about their own health conditions during the COVID-19 infection pneumonia epidemic. Governments at different levels should thus try very possible means to deny the rumors and pay their attention to the social impact of their policies and suggestions proposed by medical experts. Governments and higher education institutions should strengthen the health information literacy education of undergraduates and show the concern for their mental health in order to alleviate their health anxiety.
