摘    要:介绍26.5R25ETSC全钢工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1730mm,断面宽662mm,行驶面宽度620mm,行驶面弧度高24mm,胎圈着合直径628.5mm,胎圈着合宽度558mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.8117,花纹深度24mm,花纹周节数28,花纹饱和度81.7%,采用折线形花纹设计。施工设计:胎体帘布层采用7×7×0.22HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用2层3×7×0.2HT钢丝帘线和3层3+9+15×0.22HT钢丝帘线;采用四鼓式全钢工程机械子午线轮胎成型机成型,液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,充气轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。

Abstract:A design of 26.5R25 ETSC all-steel radial OTR tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 730 mm,cross sectional width 662 mm,width of running surface 620 mm,height of running surface 24 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 628.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 558 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0.811 7,pattern depth 24 mm,pattern circular pitch 28,block/groove ratio 81.7%,and with the design of broken line-shape pattern.In construction design,the following processes were taken:7×7×0.2 HT steel cord for carcass ply,2 layers 3×7×0.2 HT steel cord and 3 layers 3+9+15×0.22 HT steel cord for belt ply;using four drum all-steel radial OTR tire building machine to build tires,and using hydraulic pressure vulcanizer to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension and physical property of tread compound met the requirements in design and national standard.
