宫角妊娠与间质部妊娠的早期经阴道超声表现及鉴别

目的 探讨早期经阴道超声对宫角妊娠与间质部妊娠鉴别诊断的价值.方法 回顾性分析经阴道超声诊断为间质部妊娠或宫角妊娠的27例患者的超声表现.结果 经手术及病理检查证实,宫角妊娠14例(其中1例超声误诊为间质部妊娠),超声诊断官角妊娠的准确率为13/16;间质部妊娠12例(其中3例超声误诊为宫角妊娠),超声诊断间质部妊娠的准确率为9/11.结论 早期经阴道超声检查对宫角妊娠与间质部妊娠有较高的诊断率,可以为临床医师提供有价值的诊断信息.

Ultrasonic features and differential diagnosis of cornual pregnancy and interstitial tubal pregnancy using transvaginal sonography in early trimester

Objective To assess the value of transvaginal sonography for differential diagnosis between cornual pregnancy and tubal pregnancy. Methods The ultrasound findings of 27 patients with ultrasound-confirmed cornual pregnancy and interstitial tubal pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Surgery and pathological findings confirmed that there were 14 cases had uterine corneal pregnancy (one case was misdiagnosed as having interstitial tubal pregnancy), with the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for uterine corneal pregnancy being 13/16. There were 12 cases with interstitial tubal pregnancy (three cases were misdiagnosed as having uterine corneal pregnancy), with the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for interstitial tubal pregnancy being 9/11. Conclusion Ultrasonography at early stage has great value in diagnosis of cornual pregnancy and interstitial tubal pregnancy, which can provide valuable diagnostic information for clinicians.
