摘    要:文章针对农业科技创新工作的特点,探讨了农业科技创新团队评价体系设计的原则,利用平衡计分卡法(BSC)构建了绩效指标体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定了相应的考核指标权重,并提出了绩效评价模型,以期科学合理地评价农业科技创新团队绩效。

Abstract:In this paper the principle of performance evaluation is be discussed according to the characteristics of agricultural science and technology innovation,and the performance evaluation model is established in order to achieve scientific and reasonable evaluation of agricultural science and technology innovation by the methods of Balanced Scorecard(BSC) and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).
