摘    要:对一种新颖的增速降噪烟条切割机构原理进行分析,通过建立该烟条切割机构的运动学模型并进行分析,获得了该烟条切割机构中各部件间的运动关系和关键设计参数。在此基础上,为解决现有烟条切割机构噪音大、结构复杂等问题,设计了一种新颖的烟条切割机构,该烟条切割机构取消了机械传动,刀盘和喇叭嘴改为独立的伺服电机驱动,简化了结构,突破了影响烟条切割噪声和速度的主要瓶颈.测试结果表明,整个机构的速度大幅提升,噪音明显降低,切割效果要明显优于现有烟条切割机构。

Abstract:The principle of a novel tobacco cutting mechanism for speed increasing and noise reducing is analyzed.The kinematics model of the mechanism is also established.The key design parameters and kinematic relationship between each components are obtained by analysis.On this basis,in order to solve the problems of large noise and complex structure of existing mechanism,a novel tobacco cutting mechanism is designed.This novel mechanism is driven by independent servomotor instead of mechanical transmission,thereby simplifying the structure and breaking through the main bottleneck that affects the noise and speed of the mechanism.The test results show that the speed is greatly increased and the noise is obviously reduced,the cutting quality of the tobacco rod is also obviously better than that of existing mechanism.
