| 摘 要： | 江苏瑞和化肥有限公司为了提高硫基复合肥装置产品质量和降低生产成本,进行了一系列技术改造。为提高KCl转化率,改造转化器;为降低生产成本,利用国产氯化钾代替进口氯化钾;为提高产品氮含量和生产多规格复合肥,采取了补氮增钾措施;增加磷酸洗涤装置,提高磷酸质量,提高产品水溶率;为优化转化、氨化操作指标,实行DCS自控。下一步将改造干燥冷却工序,进一步提高产能,并研制硝基缓释型等新型肥料。
