| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic composition of digital integrate circuit testing system,the testing basic elements of the current very large scale integration(VLSI)circuits are introduced.the author use corresponding languages to programme the different test systems on the base of mastering the test ways.the facing challenge and developing trend in the future of IC test technology are also refered. |
