摘    要:介绍了灰霉菌侵染葡萄的方式、果实采后的防治方法以及灰霉菌的传统检测法、快速检测法,并将以ELISA法为主的快速检测法与传统检测法进行了比较。结果表明,ELISA法灵敏度高、干扰小、安全性高、污染少,而且操作简便、快捷。

Abstract:The infection way of Botrytis cinerea,the prevention methods on postharvest fruit,and the traditional detection methods and fast determination methods for Botrytis cinerea were introduced.The traditional detection methods were compared with fast determination methods.Results showed that the method of ELISA was characterized by high sensitivity,little interference,high safety and less pollution.And the method was simple and fast.
