摘    要:本文提出一种测定造纸原料中纤维间结合强度(IBS)的方法,用以衡量化学机械法制浆中化学预处理作用的程度。并采用此方法对红麻秆芯磺化化学机械法制浆(SCMP)中磺化对纤维间结合强度的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:红麻秆芯SCMP的磺化化学预处理中,较缓和的化学作用所用的Na2SO3量在6%~10%之间,浆的得率在84%~88%。红麻秆芯磺化处理后纤维间结合强度与浆的磺化度成线性关系。

Abstract:A method was derived for the determination of the interfibre bond strength in plant fibrous materials.Data thus obtained was employed to predict the optimum chemical pretreatment in kenaf core SCMP pulping.It was found that 6-10% Na2SO3 was needed for the sulfonation in the SCMP pulping of kenaf core, giving a pulp yield of 84-88%. IR spectrum data for the sulfonated kenaf core was found to be linearly related to the extent of sulfonation.
