高龄食管癌患者术后心脏并发症的临床分析

摘要 目的 分析高龄食管癌患者术后心脏并发症原因和临床处理。 方法 对82例70～85岁食管癌手术患者进行回顾性分析。结果 术后心律失常24例，其中窦性心动过速3例，室上性心律失常12例，室性心律失常4例，有5例表现为不同类型心律失常混合发作。合并心功能不全6例，全组无手术死亡。结论 高龄食管癌患者心脏功能储备差，术后易出现心功能不全、心律失常等心脏并发症。但充分术前准备，围手术期适当的处理仍能使高龄食管癌患者平稳度过围手术期。关键词 食管癌；围手术期处理；手术 ；老年

Clinical analysis of cardiac complication after thoracic operation for esophageal carcinoma patients in aged

Abstract Objective To study the reasons and clinical procedures of cardiac complication after thoracic operation for esophageal carcinoma patients in aged. Methods To retrospective analysis of 82 patients (age rang from 70～85years) with thoracic operation. Results 6 cases had cardia insufficiency and arrhythmia in 24, included 3 cases of sinus tachycardia, 12 of supraventricular arrhythmia and 4 of ventricular arrhythmia. 5 cases had complex arrhythmias. All patients recovered well . Conclusion There are high incident rate of cardiac complications in elderly esophageal carcinoma patients with thoracic operation. It is important to treat appropriately perioperative for esophageal carcinoma patients in aged. Key words Esophageal carcinoma; Perioperative management; Surgery; Elderly patient
