| 摘 要： | 目的建立UFLC同时测定护肝胶囊(柴胡、五味子等)中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素的方法。方法色谱柱Agilent SB C18(100 mm×4.6 mm,1.8μm);流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱;体积流量0.4 mL/min;柱温40℃;检测波长250 nm。结果五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素进样量分别在0.029～0.584μg(r=0.999 9)、0.016～0.328μg(r=0.999 6)、0.02～0.40μg(r=0.999 1)范围内具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为99.7%、98.5%、99.2%;RSD分别为1.1%、2.3%、1.6%(n=5)。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于护肝胶囊的质量控制。
