海城乡结合地区居民糖尿病知识知晓率调查

目的了解佛山市南海城乡结合地区居民糖尿病知识知晓率现状,为本地区制订适宜的糖尿病防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层、整群抽样的方法,随机抽取5个社区,对18岁以上居民进行面对面问卷调查。结果共调查3 304人,问题总体应答率为100%。糖尿病知识知晓率平均为41.46%,其中对糖尿病六大危险因素、＂三多一少＂典型症状及需终生治疗知晓率分别为69.39%、47.73%、64.07%。高年龄组居民糖尿病知识知晓率低于低年龄组（P〈0.05）。男性对肥胖、精神紧张、缺乏运动和吃糖多四大危险因素的知晓率高于女性（P〈0.05）。随文化程度的升高,糖尿病知识知晓率呈现递增趋势（P〈0.05）。糖尿病患者临床症状和治疗原则知晓率要高于正常人群（P〈0.05）。结论本地区居民糖尿病知识知晓率总体水平不高,今后应针对重点人群开展社区糖尿病知识的健康教育工作,从而全面提高糖尿病知晓率。

Investigation of awareness rate of diabetes prevention knowledge among people in urban-rural fringe areas of Nanhai

Objective To understand the awareness rate on diabetes prevention knowledge among people in urban-rural fringe areas of Nanhai in Foshan City,and provide the scientific basis for making appropriate diabetes preventive policies and measures for this area.Methods 5 communities were randomly selected by stratified random sampling method,and people over the age of 18 were surveyed face to face.Results Among the 3 304 cases for survey,the total response rate was 100%.The average awareness rate on diabetes prevention knowledge was 41.46%,and six kinds of risk factors for diabetes,the key symptoms for diabetes and life-long drug therapy were 69.39%,47.73%,64.07%,respectively.The awareness rate of the elder was lower than young people（P 0.05）.The awareness rate on obesity,mental stress,lack of awareness of movement and sugar more among male were higher than female（P 0.05）.With increasing education level,the awareness rate on diabetes knowledge showed a continuously increasing trend（P 0.05）.The awareness rate of clinical symptoms and treatment principles of diabetes patients was higher than normal population（P 0.05）.Conclusion The awareness rate of diabetes prevention knowledges of people in the region is lower,it should be starting community health education according to key population,thus to improve health awareness of people.
