摘    要:针对电力企业在现场校验电能计量装置中的实际情况,如何有效地避免事故,确保工作质量,笔者运用了5M1E分析法这种质量管理工具,通过人、机、料、法、环、测六方面要素,进行全方位的分析和研究,探讨整个作业过程中的危险点,并采取相应的控制措施,从而消除隐患,实现保障安全的目的。相信会对广大安监管理者有所启发,而且,现场校验工作做为计量管理的重要环节,对满足客户不问断用电需求,促进供、用电双方公平交易,推进和谐社会建设也具有重要意义。
