| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肝叶(段)切除术对治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效与作用。方法:对2004年6月~2010年6月间施行肝叶切除术的25例肝内胆管结石病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:25例患者术后并发胆漏1例,胆道出血1例,膈下感染2例,全组住院期间无一例出现肝功能衰竭或死亡。21例术后给予定期随访2年,19例恢复良好,2例术后2年内出现结石复发。结论:恰当的肝叶(段)切除术是治疗肝内胆管结石安全有效的方法,可降低残石率和结石复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the role and curative effect of hepatic lobectomy(segmental resection of the liver) for treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods: The clinical data were reviewed in 25 cases with hepatolithiasis undergone hepatic lobectomy,between Jun.2004 and Jun.2010.Results: Of the 25 patients,biliary leakage and hemobilia were found in respective one case and subphrenic infection in 2.There was no single case of death.The 2-year follow-up on the 21 patients suggested that 19 were in good recovery an... |
