东方百合试管苗移栽驯化期叶片的解剖结构变化

摘    要:研究了东方百合试管苗移栽驯化过程中叶片的结构变化。结果表明:百合叶属于等面叶,随着移栽驯化时间的延长,叶片厚度增加,表皮细胞体积增大、排列紧密,气孔具备自我调节功能,叶肉细胞胞间隙减小,栅栏组织细胞的形态由梨形向短柱形转变,组织结构渐趋完善。

Abstract:Lilium tenuifolium invitro seedlings were acclimated after transplantation and the anatomical structure of their leaves were studied at the same time. The results indicated that lily leaf belong to isobilateral leaf. As the period after their transplantation and acclimation increased, the thickness of leaves was increased and the epidermal cells of their leaves increased in size and closely . The stomas have self - adjusting function, but the intercellular space of their leaf flesh declined; the cell length of palisade tissue in their leaves increased; the cells shape of palisade tissue transformed from pear likepearlike to columnlike, the tissue structure was built gradually.
