石门县煤粉尘作业工人2011年职业健康体检结果分析

目的:分析煤矿工人体检报告,探讨煤矿工人总体健康状况,为职业防护和健康保健策略的制定提供理论依据。方法:县疾控中心依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》《、职业病健康监护技术规范》于2011年对笔者所在县1502例煤矿接触粉尘人员进行了职业健康检查。结果:体检项目异常306例,总检出率20.4%;检出疑似煤工尘肺93例,检出率6.2%。职业禁忌67例,心电图异常71例,血压异常35例,其他40例(血尿常规异常、转氨酶升高)。结论:应掌握接触煤粉尘职工易患的疾病,并提出相应的预防措施。

Shimenn County Coal Dust Exposed Workers in 2011 Occupation Analysis of Health Examination Results

Objective： To analyze the medical report of coal mine workers,workers in general health status,for occupation protection and healthcare policy provide a basis.Method：The CDC county according to the Occupational Disease Prevention Law of the People’s Republic of China,theOccupational Health Surveillance Specification in 2011,my county 1502 coal dust exposure workers in the occupational health examination.Result：276medical project anomalies,total detection rate 18.4% ;Detection coal worker’s pneumoconiosis 93 cases of suspected work,the detection rate6.2%.Occupational taboo 67 patients ;Abnormal ecg 71 cases）.Blood pressure anomalies in 35 cases ;Other 40 cases （blood and urine abnormal andtransaminase lifts）.Conclusion： Master coal dust worker to get contact with the disease,and puts forward some corresponding preventive measures.
