| 摘 要： | 目的：初步分析旋毛虫成虫可溶性抗原的蛋白组份及免疫原性。方法：采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ和氨银染色对该抗原进行蛋白组份的分析，采用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｍ－ｂｌｏｔ分析该抗原的免疫原性。结果：ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ可显示４０条多肽，其中主 ８条；抗血清可特异性地识别１６条多肽抗原，其中有３条主带。结论：实验结果表明旋毛虫成虫可溶性抗原的蛋白组份及抗原性均较复杂。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the protein members and the immunogenecity of T. Spiralis adult worm soluble antigens (AWAg). Methods: The protein members of T. Spiralis AWAg were analyzed with SDS-PAGE and silver staining. The immune distinguishing analysis of the antigens was conducted by western-blot. Results: T. Spiralis AWAg has 40 protein bands, of them there are 8 main bands. The anti-serum of mice can distinguish 16 protein bands of the antigens, among which 3 are main bands. Conclusion: The results show that T. Spiralis AWAg has complicated protein members and immunogenecity. |
