| 摘 要： | 分析了影响低密度聚乙烯装置核心反应的排料系统(PDS)气动球阀平稳运行的因素,通过选择合理的结构及材质,优化排料时间等措施,提高了执行机构及阀体的使用寿命,减少了气动球阀的故障.

| Abstract: | The factors influencing on the stable operation of pneumatic cylinder actuators of the polyethylene reactor were analyzed.It will improve the operational lifetime of actuator and valve body through choosing rational structure and material and optimizing the discharging time. |
