固化工艺对粘结NdFeB磁体性能的影响

摘    要:通过快淬NdFeB磁粉,用粘结方法制备了NdFeB粘结磁体,并研究了在制备过程中,固化温度、固化时间等工艺参数对粘结NdFeB磁体磁性能和抗压强度的影响规律及其影响机理。结果表明:随着固化温度的升高和固化时间延长,磁体空隙中的氧气与磁粉发生氧化,以及聚合交联反应生成的水腐蚀磁粉,使磁体磁性能显著降低;同时因为聚合交联反应进行充分,粘结磁体抗压强度显著提高,但当温度过高时,环氧树脂发生热氧化,使磁体抗压强度又略微下降。

Abstract:The bonded magnet from rapid quenched NdFeB was produced.The effect of thermosetting temperature and time on magnetic propertites and compressive strength of bonded magnets were studied. The result obtained from the experiment shows that with the increase in thermosetting temperature and time, magnetic properties obviously decrease due to magnets erosion by oxygen in the magnets and water coming from crosslinking reaction, whereas compressive strength raised first and then fell down.
