电感耦合等离子体-光发射光谱分析中硝酸、高氯酸基体效应及抑制

摘    要:目的:研究电感耦合等离子体-光发射光谱分析中的硝酸、高氯酸及二者混合酸溶液的基体效应,并建立克服干扰的有效方法。方法:观察不同浓度硝酸、高氯酸及其混合酸对实验元素谱线发射强度的影响。选择醋酸为干扰抑制剂,观察其效果及最佳浓度。结果:实验元素在3种酸基体溶液中的相对谱线发射强度均有所下降,分别5%HC lO4+5%HNO3〉5%HNO3〉5%HClO4。加入醋酸,可使各元素的相对发射强度有较大提高。结论:加入5%醋酸,可有效克服3种酸基体溶液的干扰效应,所建立的分析方法准确、灵敏、简便,符合痕量分析的要求。

Abstract:Objective:To study matrix effects of nitric acid,perchloric acid and their mixture(1 1) in inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry and establish an effective method to suppress the acid effect.Methods:The effects of different concentration of nitric acid,perchloric acid and their mixture(1 1) for emission strength of experimental elements were observed.Efficiency and optimal concentration of acetic acid on the interference of acid were also determined.Results:The relatively emission strength of experimental elements in the acid matrix solution all dropped (5%HClO4 5%HNO3>5%HNO3>5%HClO4).The interference could be suppressed in varying degrees by using acetic acid.Conclusion:These matrix effects could be suppressed in the presence of acetic acid at the concentration of 5%.The method is accurate,sensitive and simple.It is in accordance with the demand of trace element analysis.
