中山市干部群体高尿酸血症发病情况调查

目的了解中山市干部群体高尿酸血症的发病率及其相关因素。方法对2009年在本院进行健康体检的1566名处级以上干部的血尿酸水平以及其他相关情况进行统计学分析。结果高尿酸血症和尿酸正常者分别为695例和871例,高尿酸血症的患病率为44.38%,男性高尿酸血症的患病率为49.67%,高于女性(10.04%);患高尿酸血症组的高血压、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三脂血症、肥胖的发生率均高于尿酸正常组。结论高尿酸血症与高血压、高血脂、肥胖密切相关,注意血尿酸的检查,重视高尿酸血症及其伴随表现的防治,对提高中老年人的健康水平有重要意义。

Study of Hyperuricemia among Cadres in Zhongshan City

Objective To study the incidence of hyperuricemia and its related factors among cadres in Zhongshan City. Methods Serum uric acid level and relevant information form health examination of 1 566 cadres in 2009 in our hospital were analysed statistically. Results High-normal uric acid was found in 695 cases (871 cases nomal),which meaned that the prevalence of hyperuricemia was 44.38%. The prevalence of hyperuricemia for male was 49.67%,higher than that for female (10.04% ). In hyperuricemia group,the incidence of high blood pressure,high cholesterol,high triglycerides hyperlipidemia,obesity was higher than taht in normal uric acid group. Conclusion As hyperuricemia is closely related to the existence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia and obesity,it is significant to inspect blood uric acid,and to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and its complicating performance in improving the health of the elderly.
