卤水-碳酸铵法制取活性氧化镁工艺研究

摘    要:以自然界大量储存于海水、盐湖水、地下盐矿等氯化镁为原料,采用卤水-纯碱法、卤水-碳酸氢铵法、卤水-氨法、卤水-石灰法(或白云灰法)、卤水-烧碱法、卤水-碳化法等制取镁盐,方法不同,操作各异,生产同一产品生产成本相差较大,以卤水-烧碱法成本最高,碳化法最低.文章对卤水-碳酸铵法工艺进行研究,该工艺具有全部回收利用原料中各种组分,符合循环经济理念;能量分级利用,节能效果明显;采用先进设备,自动化程度高,产品质量优异等特点.

Abstract:This paper describes some methods to produce magnesium salts with magnesium chloride in raw materials of seawater, saline and underground salt mine. These methods include bittern - sodium carbonate method, bittern - hydrogen ammonium carbonate method, bittern - ammonia method, bittern-lime method, bittern- caustic soda method, bittern-carbonization method, etc. The operation ways of these different methods are also different. The cost of same product varies from the most expensive bittern - caustic soda method to the cheapest bittern - carbonization method. We had studied production technique of bittern - ammonium carbonate method. The technique has many characteristics such as all components in raw materials being used again to accord with the recycle idea, energy being utilized in grades in order to save energy, advanced equipment being used for operation automatization and good product quality.
