转型期蒙古高等教育的改革与发展

蒙古是中国的近邻,中蒙两国在全球化与市场化的世界性浪潮中所面临的许多问题是相似的,甚至相同的,针对这些问题所采取的解决政策与措施亦是同多异少,高等教育就是其中的一个方面。文章首先概要地梳理了蒙古高等教育发展的历史,进而介绍了蒙古在社会转型背景下高等教育改革的举措与改革过程中的国际援助。分同辨异,以作为我国高等教育改革的参照与借鉴。

The Development and Reform of Mongolian Higher Education in the Social Transitional Period

Mongolia is the near neighbor of China. Many problems that both Mongolia and China are facing under the background of globalization and marketization are the same, and the policy and measures for problem solving are nearly the same. Higher education is a good example. In this thesis, the authors firstly introduce the history of Mongolian higher education summarily, and then elaborate the measures of Mongolian higher education reform and the international aid in the reform process under the background of social transition, which can provide some reference for higher education reform in China.
