摘    要:利用Dyanform对拼焊板盒形件进行冲压成形数值模拟,研究不同压边力对拼焊板盒形件拉深过程中破裂危险点应变路径和成形性能的影响规律;同时,提出台阶式变压边力控制方法.结果表明:通过调整压边力的大小和变化方式,可以实现对拼焊板盒形件破裂危险点处应变路径的控制以及减小焊缝移动,从而提高拼焊板盒形件的冲压成形性能.

Abstract:The drawing of tailor welded blanks box was simulated by Dynaform.The influence of holding blank force(HBF) on the strain path of the dangerous point and the formability was researched,and the setback HBF was offered.The results show that the strain path of dangerous point can be controlled and the movement of weld line can be reduced through adjusting the quality and changing style of HBF,so the formability of tailor welded blank box is improved.
