驻马店市群体性突发事件的流行病学特点

目的了解驻马店市群体性突发事件的特点和原因。方法对解放军第一五九医院2003年1月-2008年11月直接参与的162起3人以上群体性突发事件紧急医疗救援资料进行回顾性分析。结果此期间驻马店市发生群体性突发事件162起，伤病620人。其中事故灾难最多，占77．8％，伤病人数占85．3％；其次是社会安全事件，占22．2％，伤病人数占14．7％；无自然灾害和公共卫生事件。以Ⅳ级一般事件为主，占98．8％。首要原因是车祸，占42．6％；其次是中毒，占40．7％；其中车祸伤病人数占44．5％，中毒伤病人数占40．6％。是春季和冬季相对发生率较高，约占53．7％，伤病人数相对较多，约占60．0％。结论驻马店市群体性突发事件以事故灾难为主，次之为社会安全事件（如中毒）。冬春季发生率较高。

Epidemiological characteristics of mass unexpected incidents in the city of Zhumadian,Henan Province

Objective To investigate the characteristics of the mass unexpected incidents in the city of Zhumadian, Henan Province. Methods The clinical data of 62 cases of the mass unexpected incidents treated during the period of January 2003 - November 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 620 cases or wounded persons, 382 males （61.6%） and 238 females （38.4%）, in the 162 cases of incidents. Incident disasters accounted for 77.8% with the number of the sick and wounded accounting for 85.3%, and social safety events accounted for 14.7%, with the number of the sick and wounded accounting for 14.7%. No natural disaster and public health event were found. 98.8% events were at the level IV. The mortality was 3.7%. The major causes were traffic accident （44.5%） and poisoning （40.7%）. Most of the incidents occurred in winter and spring. Conclusion The most categories of the mass unexpected incident in Zhumadian are traffic incidents and poisoning, occurring most in winter and spring.
