| Abstract: | Education in tertiary institutions is not necessarily one of genius education,but one which provides popularized training for whoever needs it.Universities should create a positive,inspiring and high_level atmosphere to mould students' qualities.Campus culture development should be based on popularization and advanced character.Only in this way can the education suit the socialist cultural construction and promote the quality training and thus cultivate students in the effort to make them high_quality generation. |
