纳米SnO_2气敏材料制备的研究进展

摘    要:为了解国内外SnO2气敏材料及其制备技术的研究进展,对纳米SnO2粉体材料以及膜的制备技术和研究进展进行了详细的综述,并对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望。结果认为,SnO2纳米粉体与SnO2膜等气敏材料的制备与使用仍是今后一段时间内重点发展对象;制备技术的不断成熟将使SnO2纳米功能材料作为气敏材料而深入研究和广泛应用,结合掺杂等手段,将进一步推动SnO2气敏元件的高效微型、集成化、智能化发展。

Abstract:In order to understand the evolvements of gas sensitive materials and its' preparations,the preparation and progress of nano-powder and membrane materials,and the recent advances in research on technique of preparing nanometer gas sensing materials were mainly summarized.Their development in the future was forecasted.the technologies which were coming forth and improving would accelerate the process of SnO2 nano sized functional materials and micro high-efficient,integrative,intellectualized gas sensor with the help of doped substance.
