| 摘 要： | 4-(2-N,N-二甲胺基)乙氧基二苯甲酮是抗肿瘤新药托瑞米芬的中间体。它主要由苯甲酰氯和苯酚制备苯甲酸苯酯,然后重排、醚化所得。本文系统地介绍了该产品的合成方法,并提出合成改进方向及其优越性。

| Abstract: | 4-(2-N,N-Dimethylamine) ethoxy benzophenone is an intermediate of new antineoplastic drug Toremifeno. It is based on phenol benzoate which is made from benzoyl chloride and phenol through rearrangement and etherification. This article introduces the synthesis process of this product, and puts forth improvement direction of synthesis and its advantages. |
