苎麻纤维复合材料医用夹板的开发及智能化

摘    要:以脱胶苎麻精干麻为增强材料,以环氧树脂和聚丙烯(PP)为树脂基体,分别制备出纤维含量不同的复合材料板。经测试分析发现,纤维含量的变化导致两种基体复合材料的压缩、弯曲以及剪切强度呈现不同的变化趋势。在纤维含量相同时,苎麻/PP较苎麻/环氧树脂复合材料的力学性能总体偏差,强度增量较低,纤维抽拔效果明显,断面破坏程度大,最终确定纤维含量在20%(体积分数,下同)时的苎麻/环氧树脂复合材料最适于制作医用夹板。在苎麻/环氧复合材料板上安装粘贴柱状硬块的传感器,实验证明测试结果可以达到理想的目的和要求。

Abstract:The composite plates of different fiber volume fraction was manufactured with reinforced material of degummed ramie,through resin matrix of epoxy resin and polypropylene (PP).The results shows that the change of the fiber volume content caused different trends about compression,flexural and shearing strength of the two kinds of resin matrix composites.By comparing two kinds of composite materials with the same of fiber volume content,the ramie/PP composites have some characteristics such as poor mechanical performance,low increment of strength,obvious effect of pulling-out of fiber and cross-sections destroyed seriously, conversely,the performance of ramie/epoxy composites is excellent.Eventually the fiber volume content in 20% ramie/epoxy resin composite is considered as the best process parameters of making composite medical splint.The sensor is installed on the ramie/epoxy composite splint by pasting the columnar lump on it,the experiment proved that the results can achieve the ideal purposes and requirements.
