摘    要:根据异形板贴面生产线的工艺特点,设计一种新型节能的“一拖二”液压系统,由1台液压泵站供2台油压机同时工作,实现2台油压机的相互联动,不仅提高系统运行效率。降低成本,且具备节能的特性。实践证明,该系统设计具备良好的推广价值和市场前景。

Abstract:Based on analysis of craft requirements of sketch plate surface sticking,we designed a new "one-pump-two-hydraulic system",with only one pump supporting two hydraulic systems simultaneously with a interlock manner.Under this new design,the whole throughput of the system gets enhanced, the cost of the machinery of the system cuts off,and the system becomes energy-saving.Based on successful practices of the design,it is hopefully to become a prospering new design of hydraulic systems.
